2016 Betelgeuse Shiraz
A full-bodied red lovers’ wine. Spicy, fresh and complex Shiraz with a spice, white pepper, brown spices, and dried herbs, and lemon verbena in the aromas. The palate is ripe, bold, rich and even. The red and black fruits are high intensity in the middle palate with black peppery spicy edges, into dark spices and attractive sarsaparilla characters. Matured for 24 months in old French oak.
